As the creative mastermind behind Julia Nicole Weddings & Events, Julia is passionate about turning dream weddings into reality. Born and raised in the stunning mountains of Western North Carolina and now calling Upstate South Carolina home, Julia's love for weddings and events began long before she even considered making it her career. With a natural flair for design, planning, and bringing people together, it’s no surprise she founded Julia Nicole Weddings & Events as a woman-owned business where every event is an opportunity to create something extraordinary.
Julia’s favorite part of her job is it personal connections she builds with each couple. She thrives on understanding their vision, turning it into a seamless and luxurious experience, while ensuring it feels uniquely their own. From designing a breathtaking reception to crafting a heartfelt ceremony, Julia ensures every detail is carefully curated to reflect her couples' love stories. Her goal is always to deliver a celebration that is as timeless as it is unforgettable.
When Julia isn’t busy planning or dreaming up new ideas for her clients, you’ll find her enjoying time with her husband, their sweet little son, and their three lovable fur babies. Julia is known for hosting over-the-top dinner parties, unwinding or celebrating with a bottle of champagne, and savoring moments with friends and family. If you happen to spot her out and about, chances are she’s indulging in some retail therapy or relaxing at her favorite coffee shop with a Caramel Latte in hand—her go-to "mommy fuel."

With a background in psychology from UNC-Chapel Hill, Macy’s journey into event planning began early, assisting in organizing a variety of events during her studies. After graduation, she made the natural transition into the world of wedding and event planning, driven by her passion for creating personalized and unforgettable experiences. As a Lead Planner & Designer with our team for the past four years, Macy has become an invaluable asset. Her creativity, attention to detail, and infectious personality consistently bring out the best in every event she touches.
Macy’s ability to connect with her couples is what truly sets her apart. She has a gift for making each couple feel at ease, helping them bring their vision to life while keeping the planning process fun and stress-free. Her clients rave about working with her—her warmth, expertise, and unwavering dedication make her a joy to collaborate with from start to finish.
On event days, Macy’s thoughtful design and seamless coordination ensure that every detail is in place, allowing her couples to fully enjoy their special day without a worry. Whether she’s designing stunning decor or managing the schedule, Macy pours her heart into every aspect, creating not just an event, but a memorable experience that her clients will treasure forever.
Outside of planning, you’ll find Macy off-roading on a four-wheeler, enjoying a shopping spree, or spending quality time with her friends and family. Macy’s true passion lies in creating joy and helping people celebrate their happiest moments, and we’re so lucky to have her as part of our team.
